# Why should I take Mindsight tests?
We developed a test objective with the aim of assessing candidates assertively and effectively. The results indicate the identification of their profile with a position, reducing selection bias and allowing the company to better understand their individual characteristics.
Our objective is to understand people thoroughly and give equal opportunities to everyone. Based on this, before judging a candidate by their CV, we offer them the chance to show their true potential.
We know that measuring people is not an easy task, which is why we use different psychometric tests, which allow us to have a broader view of the profile characteristics and potential of those candidates.
