In addition, the results must also be protected to safeguard Mindsight's intellectual property, preventing system fraud and copies of the methodology used in the tests.
But, in any case, rest assured! There is no right and wrong answer in the tests, this is something that depends a lot on the job role. We use algorithms that read the results and, for some functions, a good grade on a specific test does not necessarily represent a good adherence to that position.
The feedback is only generated if you have performed the following tests: Fluid Reasoning, Situational, Inferences and the Profile Test. Based on this, after finalized, we can forward the feedback documents to the candidate.
